What we collect
Account info (name, phone, email, city), vehicle details you submit, job photos and notes, location during active jobs, and payment metadata processed by our payment provider.
How we use it
To route jobs to nearby mechanics, document repairs, process payments, resolve disputes, and improve safety. We do not sell personal data.
Mechanic data
Founding mechanic applications include identity verification and optional credential uploads (insurance, ASE, dealer certs). This data is used solely for onboarding review and badge verification.
Your controls
Customers and mechanics can request data export or deletion at any time by emailing flytrapmobileapp@gmail.com.
Security
All payment and ID data is transmitted over TLS. Sensitive uploads are stored encrypted at rest.
This is a beta-stage policy document for FlyTrap Mobile's Lancaster County controlled launch. Final, legally-reviewed versions will be published prior to statewide expansion.
